Snappy 1D & 2D Data Capture

Fixed Mount Scanner MT6250, on an average of 1/10 seconds, scans all 1D and 2D barcodes including PDF417, MicroPDF417, QR Code, Data Matrix, and Aztec printed on labels with either matte or glossy surface, or displayed on mobile display or LCD screen. Built with an advanced algorithm and 1-megapixel sensor, MT6250 offers outstanding scanning capability and 3mil high-density barcode readability.

Industrial-class Protection

The ruggedized design of Fixed Mount Scanner MT6250 includes industrial-class protection with IP55 sealing and 1.5 meters drop resistance ensuring MT6250 prevents the infiltration of dust and water spray and withstands the impact of everyday drops and bumps in all kinds of working environments. Moreover, the MT6250 fixed mount scanner can work in a wide temperature range from -20°C to 50°C (-4°F to 122°F).

Multiple Mounting Options

Fixed Mount Scanner MT6250 comes with two mounting brackets of stainless steel (90-degree & 60-degree) which allow fixed mount scanner MT6250 to be easily mounted in straight, tilted, or right-angled directions on various planes and ready to serve quickly. Besides, A Power LED and Good Read LED are on the top which indicate the on/off status and scanning result of MT6250.

Auto-sensing and Software Trigger

Built with highly sensitive infrared sensor, MT6250 will turn on automatically when any object gets close to the scanner and provide great efficiency in barcode scanning task. Infrared sensor also enables MT6250 the capability of sensing and scanning barcode in complete dark environment. MT6250 also supports software trigger through RS232 or USB virtual COM port(VCP) interface.

The Better User Experience

As classified by Photo-biological Safety Standard EN/IEC 62471, the light source of the MT6250 fixed mount scanner is completely safe for human eyes even after long hours of operation. With a built-in buzzer and LED, MT6250 provides full variety of Good Read responses such as audible and visual feedback. Fixed Mount Scanner MT6250 is also easily configured on the host computer by Marson's free user-friendly software tool, Ez Utility®.
