MR18 is a powerful UHF RFID sled reader featuring reading and writing distance up to 22m, with optional 1D/2D barcode scanning capability. By attaching smartphone onto MR18 UHF RFID sled reader, it instantly becomes a complete one-piece solution. MR18 can be widely deployed in power patrol inspection, asset tracking, clothing inventory, warehouse and vehicle management.

 

Outstanding Reading Performance

Built with highly-integrated, high-performance Impinj Indy R2000 chip, MR18 UHF RFID reader can read UHF tags from 22 meters away, at 900 tags per second at maximum. If your tag orientation is not consistent and you need a mobile UHF reader that can deal with such task on the move, MR18 is definitely a good choice that delivers superior reading performance and mobility at the same time.

 

Excellent Flexibility and Compatibility

Designed to transmit data via Bluetooth technology, MR18 can easily pair with nowadays popular iOS and Android smartphone. With the help of MR18’s flexible holder design it can instantly turn your smartphone into an UHF RFID and 1D/2D barcode scanning one-piece solution. Depending on the size of adapted smartphone, 3 configurations are available: sled reader, sled reader with mobile case and sled reader with customized holder.

 
 

Durability and Safety by Design

The ruggedized design of MR18, including industrial-class protection with IP54 sealing and 1.5 meters drop resistance, ensures that MR18 can prevent the infiltration of dust and raindrop and withstand the impact of everyday drops and bumps in all kinds of working environments. IP54 sealing also means that MR18 can operate safely in any environment filled with inflammable and explosive air or gas
