MT10 mini barcode scan engine delivers outstanding scanning performance at 650 scans per second, regardless of its miniaturization. The latest decode algorithm and high sensitivity linear image sensor increase MT10 mini barcode scan engine’s field of view up so as to capture barcode from 275mm away and read barcode as wide as 140mm. With optimized optical design that enables maximum resolution down to 4 mil, the MT10 mini barcode scan engine can also read poor-quality and even damaged barcodes, greatly eliminating cost incurred by manual error and increasing accuracy and productivity throughout all the applications.

Ambient light Immunity

The auto-adaptive scanning parameters of MT10 automatically optimizes the ambient light immunity of up to 100,000 lux and create an extraordinary extended working range for easy scanning of barcodes from near to far. Low Power Consumption

The 3.3V low power operation is ideal for saving battery life in mobile applications. When the scan engine is not in use, standby current can be reduced down to micro amps to preserve host device battery. Supports Command Operation

MT10 mini barcode scan engine offers full set of commands that enables host device to configure all the functions of the scan engine including software trigger and auto-off timeout. What is more, the Windows-based BEO® configuration utility offers a user-friendly platform which allows user to perform configuration and testing with the scan engine in a much efficient manner.

Development Kit

MB100 Demo Kit (P/N: 11A0-9801A20) provides the software and hardware tools required for testing the MT10 mini barcode scan engine applications before integrating it into the host device. The kit contains software utility, interface cables and MB100 Multi I/O board (P/N: 2006-1007X00) which, due to its small size, is also suitable for being installed inside the host system, as an interface board connecting MT10 to the host device.

The MT10 mini barcode scan engine makes it easy to incorporate high performance scanning into your mobile devices.

Marson launches a new upgraded mini barcode scan engine, the MT10. With its tiny form factor of just L11.9xW14xH7mm and high performance scanning capability, the MT10 has been designed for simple integration with OEM devices, significantly reducing development cost and effort.  By employing outstanding algorithm, the scanning performance of the MT10 barcode scan engine has been significantly upgraded, providing an extended reading distance of over 200mm, and the capability to read wider barcodes of up to 14cm. The MT10 mini barcode scan engine is further optimized for reading barcode with resolution down to 4 mil (0.1 mm), and supports auto-adaptive high-speed scanning at a maximum of 650 scans per second.

With ambient light immunity reaching 100,000lux, the scanning capability of the MT10 mini barcode scan engine is not affected by environment lighting. It is able to quickly and accurately scan all types of barcode including barcodes on the screen of mobile phones or computers, as well as poorly printed and stained barcodes frequently seen in industrial environments.
